Job Description: Owner/Operators - Transportation and Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Operate semi-trucks (Flatbed, RGN, Dropdeck) or Hotshots (40ft flatbed) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and meet the company's standards. We prefer new or later model trucks.
• Hold a valid CDL Class A license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Pass a thorough background check covering the last 10 years.
• Possess a current Medical Certificate.
• Maintain a clean drug test record.
• Hold a current Twic card or have the ability to obtain one.
• Utilize Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) to accurately track and manage hours of service.
• Use trucker GPS for efficient route planning and navigation.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Enjoy the freedom of no forced dispatch.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Owner/Operator in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Excellent driving record and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required.
